To serve, place one slice of Bakewell tart into the centre of each of serving plates. Line the pastry case with greaseproof paper and fill with baking beans or rice. Dust with icing sugar and serve with the remaining raspberries and a good dollop of clotted cream. Evenly place the crushed berries on top of the jam.
